Several years ago I secured my dockbox to a concrete dock using PL 5200.
I now want to remove it.
I heard that light gauge leader wire with a t handle on each end will easilly saw thru the 5200.
Is this correct?
Anyone try it?
Thanks

Maybe. Just cutting the seam if you can see it with a utility knife will help. I guess it depends on where and how much adhesive you used. ( if the whole bottom surface was glued, it will be harder to remove than if only the perimeter had been glued)

I only put a "glop" at the 4 corners. The box floor is higher than the corners so I can feed the wire thru.

That's good. You can also use one of those vibrating multi-tools with the cutting blade. If the gap is wide enough, a sawzall with a long fine tooth blade will probably work too. I would opt for the vibrating saw.

The vibrating saw is a good idea.
I'll try that and drive a wedge between the dock and box as I cut.

The wire trick works fine if you have a little room to work. I would try that before I went at it with a saw and wedges.
