Tournament 192
Hello all. First post here. I recently inherited a 1995 Tournament 192. I've been working on the motor for the last few weeks rebuilding carb, fuel pump, plugs, fuel lines, fuel/water separator etc.

I called Beckson and they suggested I order the color that was originally used on the boat. I received the order the other day but the color is significantly darker than the faded gelcoat is now. I don't see myself redoing the gelcoat. So I found that they also sell their Deck plates on Amazon I ordered one white one to compare. Neither the tan or white match exactly and truthfully probably doesn't really matter but being the picky guy I am I'd like to get some opinions from fellow Grady owners.

white makes the deck look dirty and old. also, the tan is softer on the eyes

Factory color is too brown for me. I went with white. After a while the sun will damage the bright white and it will be a good match.

EDIT: Add photo. Ignore the dirt - working on fuel tanks.

Thanks guys. Between your opinions and that of my wife I've decided to return the off-white and go with white.
