Looking for a poly fuel tank for a 95 Adventure 20. Does anyone have these pre made to fit or does it need to be custom? Any recommendations regarding whom to contact?

There are no custom made poly tanks as making the mould would be ways to expensive, so you need to deal with the ones available.
We have other two companies in Italy who build poly thanks,
if someone has a measure not covered by Moeller he may contact me and i will verify to find a better dimension here.

Look at your tank - there's an ID tag on it. Who built it? Contact them and then find a retailer. Or just find a plastic tank that is close enough. Moeller, as noted above, would by first go-to.
