Hi Folks,

Looking for someone on cape cod or southeast Mass to repair a powerwinch rc30. This is a remote controlled unit. Two years ago i dropped the remote in the water and it no longer worked so i have been using the manual switch on the top of the unit. Now unfortunately that is not longer working.

any repair shops or advice on how to repair would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

I would guess that any good electrical shop that deals with electric motors (rebuild/repair) could help you out or at least point you in the right direction. It's not a complicated piece of machinery.

I think there's a good chance that if you take it apart, you might find something obvious... burnt wires, worn contacts, etc. As Bill mentioned, they're not overly complicated.
