Curious as to the slip and storage fees in different locals. Take in consideration what your Marina may have to offer needs to be factored in.
Not to the penny but I'm paying $195 per foot for a 30' slip April thru October = $5850 then $52 per foot for haul out pressure wash block and storage = $1560 therefore $7410 for the year. it is a top notch facility with a couple beautiful restaurants and 2 very nice swimming pools, bait ice and tackle and beer onsite. Well protected and an easy 1/2 mile sail to the inlet. Stadium prices for a 12oz domestic beer @ $7 a pop

I forgot it has :
fish cleaning station(s)
outdoor grills
electric pay as you use
security cameras
provisions store and tackle shop
Laundry facilities

would help to know what area/region folks are in. Will be looking into this as well. My 235 is currently kept in our community dock which is awesome as it's about 50 yards from the house but limited to 24 feet. Looking at 32-35 feet so will have to move to a marina.

In San Rafael CA (30 mins north of SF) my slip fee is $215 per month for 24’ double finger and have water and power access, and a bathroom, but no security.

In Brisbane CA (20 mins south of SF) my 22’ side tie is $180 monthly with no access to water and power but a better bathroom (lol) and has locked docks and cameras - single finger 24’ start at $250.
other marinas in SF are absurd (probably double what I pay) and typically have a waitlist for many years.

I pay $225 a month for a covered spot, cameras, gated with electrical. It's about 5min from the ramp in Manatee county Florida.

High and dry is about $450/MTH for my boat in the area. Had it at a boat yard on the water uncovered no electrical for $120/MTH.

The cost is $60 per foot (minimum of $1,200). Water, electric, and a nearby bathroom.

However, and this is a big however, the waiting list is around 30 years.

My slip is about the same in Southern New England. We pay a bit more for haul, shrink and winterization.

Is his boat strictly personal use, ie, friends and family, or does it charter/lease?
I can venture a guess that Michael Jordan is not going to lease out his Viking to anyone. No amount of charter fees would be worth a slip and fall lawsuit.

On Lake Champlain, I pay the minimum of $3,000 for a 232 Gulfstream for a floating dock. Power would be an additional $350 per season (May to October). I have a trailer with launch near by so don’t use haul out services but I believe it is a minimum of $450. Club house with bath, showers, grills and sitting area. Free pump outs.
