I am looking at a 2007 222 fisherman it has a 250 4- stroke with 350 hrs. No t- top or trailer, the boat is in good condition, basic electronics. They are asking $ 35999.00 opinions or thoughts.

Appears a little high. 350 hours is like new, but no trailer or hardtop is like a 10K deduct easy.

What part of the country are you in? Prices will be cheaper in FL. More expensive in the NE. Way more expensive out West.

Bear in mind that the asking prices are not necessarily indicative of the selling prices. Searching for prices of boats for sale is not going to let you know what a "good deal" is. Many factors will effect the pricing, such as condition, engine hours, location, etc.

I bought the same boat for 35k with a few more hours. Mine came with hard top, half curtains, and trailer and in very good condition. Bought last fall from North Carolina. There normally aren’t many 222 available, looked for 6 months, and the most common price range I saw was 35-45k, but I only saw them with hard tops and trailers. When you find the one you want move fast. I lost out on a few so when I found the one I wanted I made a full price offer the same day it was listed and still almost lost out to someone else.

Tough call. I bought a 99 last year for 22k, but it had a new trailer, always dealer maintained and was in mint condition. Mine is older, but more info might help.
