Prop and outboard height settings for 305 express with twin F350

Hi there everyone from Greece !
I just re powered my 305 express with twin 350s (from 250s) Yamaha and I need your guys help ....
what is the ideal hole height ? the engines had 21 pitch SDS and on test WOT 5300 on third hole and WOT 5500 on fourth hole .
the top speed in both cases 48mph .. felt better control on 3rd hole. The dilemma now is 19’ or 17’ pitch ? height of engine 2 - 3 - 4 hole ? need you help for the equation ....

We are not at home so I can't provide measurements. However, here are some photos of my 305 Express with twin F350.
I can make 54MPH at WOT.
