If you mean minimum speed to get on the plane, about 14 knts
At what cruise speed are you going? (Kts)
I cruise at 30+ knts weather permitting
What propeller do you have with three blades or four?
I have Yamaha saltwater II , 17" pitch
What average consumption do you get on a fishing trip?
That depends on a lot of things but as a guide 0.6 knt per lt. Pacific of Sydney can get very rough.

2013, 4.2 lt with digital control.
4 blade props have better holeshot but loose a little top speed.

pay attention, to drive this boat in Europe you must have CE certification. this boat is certified for 250 CV maximum. above this power the insurance no longer covers in case of accident.
I have the same boat as you, a 2006 model, the 225CV is a very reliable engine, you must use only 98 RON gasoline.
I have a Power Tech 15 Ofs4 propeller, the maximum speed of the boat is 35Kn, it planes at 15Kn.
you made a very good choice by taking this boat.
