I own a 2019 Canyon 336 with triple Yamaha f300's. Has anyone put on different props and got any more fuel mileage?

You didn't say what your figures are nor how you run the boat.
The newer 336s with twin 425s running about 3500 revs and 25 mph, seem to get about 1 to 1.1 mpg. With the added drag of your trips, you may get less than that number

The GW Website show fuel consumption for either the twin 425 or triple F300.
triple has cruising speed at 3300 29.4mph 21.5 gph 1.37 mpg
twin 425 has cruising speed at 3700 30.3 mph 24.0 gph 1.23 mpg

The Yamaha SWII is a nice propeller but a bit a generic one for all model and I guess that all brands put the fastest propeller for tests, rather than a few knots less but better cruising economy.
Should I close the deal for a 306 Canyon/Bimini I will check slip in 500 rpm steps as I always do and try other propellers.
If midrange fuel economy is the goal I am almost sure that there is a better propeller than the SW II.
Either a 16" Suzuki, a 16" Enertia Eco or a 4 blade, All 3 of them would most likely need to lower pitch by 2" to get 6000 WOT.
I was surprised that I lost 1400 rpm changing from 19" SW II to Suzuki 18.5 because the wider diameter and the Suzuki is probably more 19 than 18.5.
Max speed at WOT will drop a few knots, but mid range economy should be better, how much is to discover.
However, on a triple cost for 3 new propellers will be expensive and probably not worth or it will take long time to amortize it.

This are the numbers i memorized two days ago when we drove her 48 miles down to my marina.
Half of the trip was very wavy but other half was calm with probably 1ft of waves and there i got the numbers below.

No trim tabs as she run well level and engines trimmed out about half way

I would like to get a better fuel efficiency around 3500 rpm what is usually the sweet spot for most outboards and boats i had , but 19 knots is too slow, 23 would be reasonable fine.

I think i need to conduct some tests with either
Enertia Eco 3x16x15
Suzuki 3x16x15
Mercury Revolution4 or similar 4 blade propeller

The Suzukis would be the easiest as i probably could borrow them and they fit Yamaha without any modification.
