Does anyone know the best way to get the purpleish brown pecan tree stains off the hull and outboard motor?

Fruit and leaf stains are mostly tannins. Any acid hull cleaner used to remove rust stains should easily remove them.
As long as you don't let the acid sit on the fiberglass for more than 15 min or so, there will be no damage. Just rinse well and re-wax or polish the affected areas.
