There are two covers each on the hinge that pries off and exposes the screws underneath. There should also be nuts on the back of the door that you will have to hold while you unscrew

I have a new 23' Gulfstream and my radio box doors do not stay open when in ocean conditions. Previous Gulfstream had plastic straps that attached to the roof but new doors have hinges that are supposed to stay open...but they do not...at least not on my boat. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Look for a small screw, they may just need to be tightened

If the hinges are Southco they don't work that way. Assuming they used to work, the springs and pins that press into the detents are shot. The detents are what holds the hinge at specific positions. There are several model each with different detent positions.
Look at Fishtales link posted earlier in this thread.
