Raw water strainers for AC.

I have found some holes in the stainless basket of my raw water srainer for the AC on my 2007 305. I am not sure of the brand (Groco?) and model. Has anyone worked on these and may know where to find replacement baskets?

If its Groco this might help
you can figure out which model by the size of the hose and how old it is
