I have 1997 208 With a F200 on her and it rides like a dream. Awesome engine and boat. I would not put anything less then a 175hp on that hull. I don't have a hard top.

F 150 is bullet proof. WOT on that motor is 5900-6000

Retiring right?? Why spend all that money on a 4-stroke. You'll need new controls and everything. I would buy a good used motor like you have or and OX66 for about $4K. Hang it, plug and play. What made your motor blow?
