I have a 2005 222 Fisherman in need of new striping on both sides. Can anyone steer me to a location to purchase striping and how do I get the old striping off ?

I took the striping off of my voyager and did not replace . I think it looks better . I used a heat gun to remove the strips , then used a turtle wax adhesive remover ( walmart ) to get the residue off . After the strips are removed spray the turtle wax on and wait two minuets then scrape with a sharp piece of plastic like a credit card . good luck , do not used a razor blade .

Thanks for the idea of not replacing stripes. I will take a look at the boat once all old stripes are removed and determine how to proceed.

For what it's worth, my 180 did not have the striping. Originally I planned to replace it, but the stripe-free look grew on me...and it certainly was less maintenance....

I used the advice and stripped the old striping off my 222 Fisheman with a hair dryer and plastic putty knife. Then wiped the old adhesive off with acetone and re-applied new striping. Looks good.

P.S. Be sure you get all of the old adhesive off and if attaching/matching old striping don't overlap the new striping more than an inch.
