Remove Rod Holders

How easy is it to remove rod holders on a cc, ideally a chase? i would just want to pull them out and re-bed/seal them.

Should be fairly easy to do so. I'm sure once the screws are removed you have to deal with caulk. I doubt an adhesive was used.
