Hi All...any recommendations for getting replacement cockpit bolsters for an '06 33 Express ?
Mine look terrible and I want to replace with new - I want the original look, not some generic - looking replacement.
I want the color and pleating to look factory.
The previous owner had some work done and it sticks out like a sore thumb.
I may even replace the cabin cushions if the budget allows, so info on that would be great.

Any help would certainly be appreciated. Thanks

As with any request, putting your location in your profile would greatly help.
Plymouth, Mass (it's in his signature) :)

Gil, these threads often go around and around and I don't think there's ever been anything new or different to add - in case you wanted to do some searching on this site for more info. Utimately, you may be happiest if you find a local upholster to do it for you. It's not that expensive and you can choose material/style/etc that best suits your wants.

yep. There is no special source for Grady bolsters. Sounds like you want top quality and some custom embroidery. Find a well reviewed shop in MA and pay them as much as it takes to get what YOU want.

Gil,
You have some options:
- Art's Auto and Marine in Brockton. I have not used them but others have.
- Building 21 in Rockland. I've used these folks in the past.
- You could do them yourself. Use the existing material as patterns and sew with a walking foot. Foam from Amazon, material from Fabric Warehouse.

I never noticed it, but I don’t see Signatures on my mobile devices, even though it is turned on in settings. I usually turn them off by choice, because it is so repetitive.
I do see the profiles at the top of the posts.
Yeah, it seems this forum (and some others) act differently on a phone than a computer. I have found, in some cases, that holding a phone sideways will change things and make it look more like a computer.
