I'm looking to replace my dome lights with LED lights...Does anyone know where I can get the replacement LED bulbs? I'm assuming I can just unscrew and pop the existing bulbs out? ( similar to replacing the cockpit lights) Thank You

I'm looking to do the same thing. I have 1 perko dome light in my 226. I think it's the 3.5" model. I found an awesome LED array that allows you to switch between red and white lighting with the same switch, but I don't know if it'll fit inside the dome.

I'm going to try it out: http://store.marinebeam.com/red-white-dome-light.html

Thanks! for the response, can you keep me posted on how it works? I have a 330 express I'm sure they use the same dome lights in all the hardtops.

Thanks, those look good also. I have to check the type I have. Seems there is no consistent bulb as many have found different bases over different model years it seems.
I really like the function of those that Zimm showed in his link. To get to red then white with the existing switch. Just wonder how well the red spectrum is on that type of LED.

Well it fits! I had to move the bulb holder to on top of the light fixture to make room. Loosen the fat Phillips screws, turn and pull light assembly down. There's a small screw holding the light socket clip. Remove that and clip. Pull socket out and lay into top of housing. Reinstall dome light. Clip in LED and let the double stick tape hold bulb in place. Works great.

Looks great. How is the red in regards to brightness? I would want it to be pretty bright, but no cause the night blindness if that makes sense..

Well it was daytime but pretty darn bright. White is bright enough for daytime use.
