Ok, i was able to find them locally in my preferred ship chandler shop.
They are a tad too long but they work as supposed and price was 30€/$ per piece what would be about a third of what i would pay for the AmeriTools ones imported from US.
Brand: Osculati
Part Number: 38.009.01
Load: 100N = 10 Kilos = 20lbs
https://www.osculati.com/en/11310-38.009.01/molla-a-gas-250-mm-10-kg-inox

They come with a eye terminal, but surprisingly tread is same as the plastic end piece for the ball so i simply exchanged them.
Same spring with SS ball head for 10mm ball is also available, but not sure if that fit the GW ball and they had it in the shop so i bought the eye terminal and changed the terminal. However, i will get the other for the sink lid as ball version to see if hall head would fit.

Thanks to all for your precious help!

Good deal! Osculati is a good company - they've been around for a long time. I should have remembered them and mentioned that brand to you - I think they are in (or originally anyways) Milan.

Yep, i use stuff from them for many many years and they are a kind of West Marine in Europe but without shops, just boat shops selling their stuff.
I checkd their gas springs in their catalogue but found them too long but as i went to the ship chandler i found them and bought one to give them a try and surprise surprise it worked. I used several of their shocks and they last for a lot of years, but i guess not 14 years as the AmeriTool ones i have installed, 14 years is really a long time for a gas shock on a boat.
