TWIN 200 H.P. YAM'S 30''S SEEMS TO BE TOO DEEP THINKING OF TRYING 25''S.
30'S WERE SET IN LOWEST POSITION FROM GRADY BUT I RAISED THEM TO HIGHEST POSITION AND BOAT RAN BETTER THAN EVER AND LOOKED LIKE MOTORS COULD STILL BE RAISED.
ANY IDEAS OR KNOWLEDGE WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Both the Dolphin and Sailfish require 25" motors.

Set the engines so that for every 12" of setback from the transom, the anti-ventilation plates are 1" above the hull bottom. My bracketed '93 Sailfish has 25" Yamahas set on the second highest notch. That position seems perfect for the Mirage Plus props I'm spinning.
