Richie compass lights ‘06 330

Does anyone know what there two lights are for and where they go and how to replace them? They do. It work. Also where to get them?

The part # that I show for the 2006 330 GW#16-953 and we still currently use this compass on our boat. This compass comes from E.S. Ritchie & Sons and their contact # is PH# 781-826-5131) and their item # is FN-203. See info below.
