I really appreciate all of this dialogue, truly. After checking all compartments, I found nothing. Even if it were a stringer that was misplaced, there is not or has never been enough water to make it shift enough to need 2-3 bars on one side. As I said, this boat rode even as could be the last 4 years. Motors all the way down or not. Straight as arrow. Like you, I truly believe it’s the trim tabs, but I had the boat out and both are fully retracted and working perfectly. All engines trimmed down all the way. Unless one motor kicks up while under way, that could be a possibility, but I checked that as well. They seem to be sitting solid. I know this is not an easy diagnosis, but it’s frustrating that it happened so quickly and not noticeable by the eye or by any of the obvious items we discussed. Maybe I’ll find out more on Tuesday when I head back over. If I’m lucky, maybe it fixes itself (doubt it). I’ll just have to pull it back out when I get back from the islands and troubleshoot more closely
I had 2 F225 replaced with 2 new F250s in 2017- Toward the end of the first summer I noticed the engines were occasionally moving up as if I was was trimming them. At first did not think much of it but after a few weeks the engines began making a grinding or metal on metal noise when they were trimmed or tilted. The dealer diagnosed it as 2 faulty trim units. Dealer said he never heard of two trims going at once but he said Yamaha instantly agreed to replace them suggesting it was probably more common that he thought. Probably a good idea to watch your trim gauges for the engine or engines creeping up. It could be the cause.

You seem to be doing everything all of us could think of. I was thinking along the same line as Skunkboat that perhaps the listing at rest is not related to the heeling over at speed. If so, the at spped isue has to be either excessive drag on one side or excessive thrust or thrust direction on the other side. What I might suggest is running the boat on each engine separately ( opposite motor out of the water to see how she handles. What I would be looking at is difference in magnitude of heeling on the two sides to try and isolate the side causing the uneven thrust/drag. I would also closely check the motor angles (tilt) while underway.
Do you have a bow thruster?
Did you check the bottom of the hull for things that could add drag? Is it possible that a trim tan hinge section has broken, come loose or moved?
Do your motors have trim anodes with fins?
I am sure you will figure it out....eventually:)

Thanks! I agree with you and skunkboat on the list at rest. That could also be in my head I guess since I didn’t measure water lines prior to. That’s a great idea though of running each engine separately. That’s definitely something I haven’t tried. As far as the hull, any items causing drag, tab hinges, bow thruster, etc. checked it all and there are no issues. Like you said, I will figure it out eventually. Thanks for the help!
