Rocket Launcher for 360 Express

I am looking to add a rocket launcher to the hard top of my 360 express. Curious to see what others have done as the hard top is 7' from the top step and mounting on top of the hard top would make it difficult to access even for me and I am 6'4". Considering mounting underneath to make more accessible.

This is always an option. A lot more handy for tying on rigs and rinsing reels on the way home.

I would love to do this on my 330, but with the 350's, there is no room. I have thought about mounting one of these using a slide mount. I would just hate tp forget and raise the motors. That would not be a good day.

good point. my Suzuki's have an adjustable tilt stop you can change with your finger.
You could mount it way up at the top of the transom where the actual rod holders were above the motor hoods when they are all the way up?

As you can see, with the motors up, there is really no room at all.

I have the slide mounts for my transom rack, that’s not a good sound when the motors touch the rack, only did it once.

If you investigate the mounting configuration, you can see that it simply bolts to the hardtop. The stock model will be higher than most would like, one way to address is to have one custom fabricated and have the tulips mounted lower on the vertical supports. If you take a pic of a stock one and work with a local pipe guy you can design it such that the tulips sit lower and are easier to access.

I like the euro transom mounted holders. Yammies make it tough.... I'd also want backing plates on them to ensure no pull out. Not sure that access allows.
