Round mount question

I have this round mount on the side of my Grady white 228 it’s between my gimbal mount and outrigger mount.
It 3/4” hole with a rod lock on the bottom to keep whatever goes in from turning.
#1 is this a bbq mount if so does anyone have a link for it.
#2 if it’s not does anyone know what it is for.
This boat came from the east coast 4-5 years ago.

Gonna guess a table mount for cutting board or side table? Maybe flag mount?

I was hoping to get more information so I could order the part. I have a BBQ I might just fab a 3/4” rod on to a flat plate
