Sailfish - 272 vs 282

So, I am doing my research to be in the market for a 27-33 ft Walkaround. I see several 272 and 282 for sale and they interest me. So, where exactly is the extra foot in the 282? I have tried comparing broadside pics side by side and it appears this foot is in the cockpit, but I can't be certain.

So, can anyone tell be about the length difference between these two models and any other differences?

In a nut shell can someone please explain the differences between a 272 and a 282. Looked at the specs and the only difference seemed to be the fuel capacity. Thanks.

If the 272 - 282 changes are anything like the 268 - 270 changes, the bilges are very different. For serviceability, the older design was much better, but still not good. The newer design is incredibly difficult to work in, but the deck layout is better - for our purposes at least.
