Hey guys, this is a long shot, but I wanted to see if anyone has had this issue or has a solution other than buying a new head. I bought a GW 222 a couple of months ago and it has a portable head in it, that is also plumber to a macerator. I filled the freshwater reservoir today, but it is leaking from where the clamp is that connects the upper to the lower reservoir(better than leaking from the wastewater side). Is there any repair for this or is it likely a crack in the tank? Thanks guys

Doesn’t look like anyway to open it up from what I can see. Figured I’d need to just replace it, but figured I’d throw the problem out there before I did in case I was missing something.

Well, you answered your own question there. If it's leaking from that spot, there's a crack.

You shouldn't need to look inside the tank (which can be done with an inspection camera). The crack should be visible from the outside.

Some plastics are hard to glue - but you could try it. Otherwise, as mentioned, these are not expensive. Not sure if you can buy just the tank somewhere - check around - or call Dometic.
