Scupper issues

Are there any issues with the 208, 226, 228 and the 232?

I know the 228s that came with two strokes and now have 4 strokes have the scupper in the water enough that sometimes it comes up onto the deck.

Mines wet if i stand in the corners.

What year is yours? Is your scupper completely submerged?

My 1999 208 with new Yamaha F150. All good.

Old boat, note the scupper location (bronze) and for interested parties the bracket is flat underneath and the swim platform F/G


New boat, still current I believe, note the scupper is much higher S/S , the bracket is longer and pointy underneath to match the keel, the swim platform all aluminum, wider and longer

Everybody’s feed has been a real help. The boat‘s shown is another testament to the quality of the Grady White’s. The pics you’ve all sent look great. Nice boats. I’d interested in knowing what year the scuppers where raised too.

I checked with Grady Headquarters...they moved them up an inch and a 1/4 in 2002.
