Wow!

I have NEVER seen so many tuna on one boat. We can get into the YFs certains times of the year but not in such numbers. That must be a blast.

Do you have to travel out of one of those NASTY Oregon inlets we read about? Some sound downright scary.

Awesome catch!!! Like megabytes, I'd love to know how far the run is for those albies. Seems ares are a little bigger in the NE but we don't catch them in numbers like that, plus it is a 60-80+ mile run depending on where you launch from. From the one pic it looks like you guys use Avet's, I switched out all my gear this season to Avet's we had a few last season my crew loved them. I know they are a lot more popular on the west coast then they are by me.

Those are some nice sized tuna in your picks!! I love the look of blue Avet's. How has the blue held up so far, does it show scratches moreso then a 50tw or probably about the same?? I've switched half my spread over to blue avet pro 30 exw reels, and at some point my whole offshore spread will be all blue avet's, most likely 4 pro exw 30's and 4 50 sds reels, all with 80lb hollowcore and 80lb top shots. They are all on custom rod's from Kevin Bogan's in Pt. Pleasant, NJ. After fishing his rods, I will never buy a non-custom rod again.

Avet Pro EXW 30's 520 yards of 80lb (hollowcore w/ 110yd topshot)

Also in the Abacos. This pic is from the bar at "Cracker P's" on the small island of Lubber's Quarters in the Abacos, Bahamas. This is looking out towards Tiloo Cut and the Atlantic Ocean. They want you to tie up bow first, so you need to drop a stern anchor, then slowly pull up to the pier and tie off....... Here's the HEY MON! tied up at Cracker P's.....
