For the winter I pumped it out and put some antifreeze in the toilet bowl and flushed it . Correct!!

Your toilet drains into your holding tank, So by flushing the antifreeze you essentially winterized the toilet and the holding tank. I usually make sure the holding tank is pumped out then put a couple gallons through the toilet. For the sump pump., drain the sump. Then pour antifreeze down the drains in the head which should flow into the sump. If the top is clear you will see the pink. At this point I typically cycle it at least once to clear the discharge lines then call it done.

To be clearer, the antifreeze that you put in the toilet goes to a different tank(holding tank) than any antifreeze you pour into the shower drain. That goes into the shower sump tank. Both systems should be winterized.
