These guys invaded our waters and just won't leave. 5 miles off the beach, depth of 250 fathoms. Dropped a jig down to about 500 feet, and hook up a squid. Crank it up to the surface, and it will have a whole school of followers. Drop another jig in and instant hookup. As long as you left on hanging, the squid stayed with the boat.
Size were 30 to 40 pounds. Those suckers can pull hard. Just stay clear of those tentacles and beaks! It's different, and fun.
