I can't tell you what to buy, but can tell you what not to buy. Do not buy a trailer with Knott brakes or axles. They are proprietary and do not allow for the adoption of any other brake systems. I and many others have experienced locked calipers and significant noise on brand new trailers from Loadrite and Caravan.
