I was told to add Telaflex steering fluid but can't find locally.
Does anyone use SeaStar Fluid sold at West Marine and is it basically the same?
Thanks

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure Seastar Solutions bought Teleflex and they sell everything under the SeaStarSolutions brand now.

There is a thread about Seastar fluid in the "Tips.." forum.

If you are going to be flushing the system, you can get a gallon can of Phillips XC5606A on Amazon. $41 shipped. it was a $1 cheaper than Aircraft Spruce.

This is cheaper than 2 qts of Seastar at WM.
