Have never purchased outriggers and I am just starting my research on them for an Express 330 and wanted any feedback on Taco GS-270's or other recommendations. Thanks.

Traditional layout mounts like the Lee and Lee, Jr. are very strong and work great. Downside is getting past them on the walkaround and having to lay them down aft if there are low bridges to pass under.

The Taco Grand Slams also work very well. The heavy-duty units should be used, and our 15-foot HD riggers have thousands of miles of running and hundreds of hours of trolling use. No issues at all.

The Lee's are easily modified to pivot so they lay down when going under bridges. All I had to do was replace the bottom bolt with stainless steel pins, add a bungee to hold the outriggers against the hardtop tubing, and add a bracket to the front of the hard top on each side up front to pin the bottom of the outrigger to the hard top. The Lee's rotate up from the bottom to the front of the hardtop and I clip them to the hardtop to pass under bridges. Simple and works perfect.
