Moved fuel filter from port stern hatch to deck hatch to make room for 2 AGM batteries, plywood foldable floor in cabin for easier access to "stuff", cluttered helm with auto pilot, "updated" flush mounted chart plotters, radio and dual controls (kicker), bow pulpit for easier anchoring and gives the 208 a better profile appearance.

Deck hatch with hinges and hatch spring, raw water spray wash down for starboard fish hatch, latched and hinged stern hatch, kicker connect with covered ignition and tt cable tubes and fuel line. Ok some repeats, but I guess a good time put a stop to this.

You've obviously changed out your prop on the 200 Yammy to a 4 blade..What make and size/pitch? How do you keep water from running into the water tank space with a hatch ? I have the same boat (2009) and would like to use the water tank space for storage, but don't want water in the dry bilge.

Well thought out and great upgrades! I really like the clean glovebox with electronics! Great use of space and very neatly executed.

Rayvon, Prop is a power tech 14D 15P I have a good rubber seal on the hatch cover also a lock (latch) which hold it down fairly tight. I do get some leakage from hosing down the deck but it just ruins into the bilge. I built in a false removable floor in the hatch with holes to allow any drainage. Not sure how you can keep it completely dry without installing a waterproof container inside the hatch.
