I've seen similar in some party boats in the past. Though not as bad. I do party boats time to time.. Always fun to see who is the greenhorn and who is gonna chuck first.. Games played on 3 hour boat rides.

Reminds me of the party boat trip as a kid. My brother put a cod hook right through dad's thumb right below the knuckle. I remember they cut the eyelet off and slid the hook through. The blood squirt for a 7 year old to see was scary!

You know. There is that scene in Perfect Storm when they cut that hook and remove it from that one guy.. I cringe at that scene
