Tilt and trim motors for yamaha 225 2 stroke

Had my trim motors replaced on my 272 grady with yamaha 225 2 strokes now my port gauge will not show the level of the motor

Did the sender get reconnected? Did the sender get broken? You should be able to reach under the bracket and feel it. You should also be able to check in the motor pan and make sure everything is connected. Just follow the cable.
