Do you have an indicator for holding tank level?
Read the owners manual about how to check the holding tank level and where it is. If close to the head, it could be the cause of the odor. That tank also has a vent and the smell could come from it. In that case tank needs to be pumped out and treated
. There are deodorants you can use also. Those are available in the marine supply stores but there is no sense adding a treatment if the tank is full

You should be able to get a pump out at your local harbormaster dock or town dock...where is your home port?

Call around to the fuel docks/marinas. A lot (most) of them have pumpout stations.
In NJ there is a even pumpout boat that roams around Barnegat bay.

I am guessing by your GW name you are from Duxbury. If so the Harbor master station has a pump out
