Tournament Hull Decal - Glue Recommendation

What glue should I use to reattach my hull decal. Should I just glue what has pulled away or completely remove and reattach? I don't want to mess it up, these bubble decals are discontinued, trying to save it. Thanks!

That is the small decal, the larger hull decal is not available. Thanks for looking.
