Hi, 1st season into my 1989 Tournament. The instrument dash panel is tired and needs to be replaced. Any ideas on how to approach? Any suggestions for someone who can make one for me at a reasonable price?

They aren't hard to do. I made this one for my brother's old 190 a bunch of years ago:
Bought gauges, switches, fuse holders and UV stable Rowmark engraving stock. Had a local trophy shop do the engraving and I cut the holes and did the wiring.
Did the same thing with my old 204 as well:
They weren't as fancy as some of the professionally done ones, but they didn't cost me too much either. If I were to do another one, I would use breakers though.
