Where can the transducer be mounted on a euro transom? Trying to figure out the best spot to mount it

This is where i have it now my only concern is it being in front of the lower unit causing air bubbles

Did you tried the boat? If so what happen?
The skimmer type transducer you have position can work, or not on that, you need to test if he disturb, or not.
If the engine start to ventilate then you have to move the transducer a bit up, if that does not help then move the transducer to the side at least 5 inch from outside prop.
