Transom Plastic Trim Pieces?

Hi,

Does anyone have a source for the plastic trim pieces on each side of the capped transom. It covers the ends of the aluminum angle cover over the capped transom. I am looking for the starboard side mostly. My dealer hasn't gotten back to me but Taylor Marine told me they are no longer available. This is for a 2004 282 but they used these on tons of models I believe.

I just replaced mine on my 330 during a repower project. I got mine from Spellmans Marine located in Hampton Bays, New York, they stocked them. Give them a shout, I’m sure they could ship it to you.

If you call Grady they will send you the bang strip and everything you need to replace it.

I bought mine from Tri State Marine in Deale, MD. They got them directly from Grady. not cheap.

Just a cosmetic molded piece to hide the crappy design seam. Get the transom glassed before you are mush!
