My experience with you ship is bids are very reasonable, the beauty of it is you just keep getting bids until you like what you read. Not sure what you mean by due diligence? But it was a breeze, you want to put in your requirements, for instance I wanted a text or call at the end of every day telling you where your boat is.
I had a shop in North Carolina install new tires before the trip they were supposed to do new bearings also but they called me and said I didn't need bearings so I said okay. Imagine my anxiousness when the driver called me at 6:00 PM on a Friday with a bearing out on my trailer. I didn't sleep all night even though the driver assured me it was okay. He had to travel over 200 miles on three tires to a shop that I had pre-called and arranged a repair. Took him from 6 pm Friday till 2 PM Saturday to travel 200 miles and get it repaired. He earned a very large tip.
