Trim Tabs on 265 express not working

Does anyone know where the tank is located that you would fill with hydrolic fluid for the bennet tabs on a 265 express. My tabs did not work last time out and I had notices a very slight film in the water the last few times at the dock. I am hoping that all it needs is some fluid and a new gasket.

Any input is greatly appreciated.Lucky13

This is from the 2004 265 manual
"TRIM TAB PUMP LOCATION
The pump is located in the starboard V-berth storage compartment."

that's where mine is. Its pretty exposed in there, so its probably easy to damage if you jam stuff into that compartment. Could it be a fuse?
