USB charging ports dead

I am having the same issue with a brand new 325 freedom next to the port side seat. Both USB are not working. They work everywhere else on the boat so was not that big of an issue. Will pull it out this weekend to see if the wires are connected. I just noticed this last weekend. glad I found this post.

hey, hey, I'm not the first owner ............... anyway easy fix for the one the second requires some cutting the caulk and getting behind the panel next to the helm.
I think GW so far is very robust maybe even too heavy and quality and coming from a Pursuit my expectations were already set high. Only complaint is accessibility to wiring and some components, like BATTERIES...........
Happy so Far and GW customer service are helpful.

I hope you can still say that, after you try to check all of your deck drains, hoses, and through hulls.

I have a Freedom 307. I also have the USB ports next to the helm. They just seem to go out and aren’t meant for a marine environment. The factory ones went out and a West Marine one I replaced it with also went out. The ones in the head consul work fine
