VHF radio with built in recording?

I googled for a while and I came up with nothing. Probably doing it wrong. What I'm looking for is a radio that records the last few minutes of audio. Why I want it is for when someone says some numbers, like a hot tuna bite, or a distress call. I want to be able to play back the numbers so I can punch them into my navigation and see where they are.

Anyone know of a radio like that?
