I had this repair done on my port coming pad. I had a hole in it when I bought the boat. PO said it was a rope burn, not quite sure how that would happen, but anyway.

Thought I'd try this route before a full recover. This was the only place on my original cushions that was bad.

Dropped it off Wednesday evening and picked it up last night. Looks good to me, no more hole. We'll see how it holds up over time.

No I don't. I Googled automotive vinyl repair and found a local guy that does that kind of work. I'd seen it done on car seats, figured I'd give it a shot.
