Do you need a new cushion or do you want to redo yours yourself. For the former, you need a marine upholstery shop. For the later, there are online sources of plain and pleated vinyl in very close to Grady colors.
If you go to an general upholstery shop, make sure they have experience with outdoor work since you seat will be exposed to the elements.

You can do it yourself if capable and have a sewing machine and some experience with it. Use the existing as a pattern. Can get all materials from Amazon and Fabric Warehouse and knowledge from Sailrite online. If not, any marine canvas shop can do it. Some links on the site on DIY.
