water tank leak

I tried to fill up my fresh water tank yesterday on my 2000 grady 232 gulfstream and it all leaked out into the bilge. The shower on the rear deck had very little pressure until all of the water leaked out. What's the best way to access the fresh water tank??

You have to remove the tackle station under the port seat to access the water tank. On my 1993 Gulfstream, you just remove the perimeter screws and pull out the tackle unit.
