Ya know, these things. The ones on my 180 have dried out and cracked. They have a white ring held by 4 screws.

Go to TH Marine (I'm sure others make it, too). Look for "grommet". Could be a pass through grommet, rod grommet, etc.

Well, $26 each on Amazon didn't do it for me...but an $8, 12"x12" piece of 1/8" rubber did...enough for 16 pieces

First one took about 25 min., 10 min. each after that.
