What does it mean ?

It means that person is on your ignored list in your personal settings. Someone must have annoyed you in the past. I highly recommend putting the most annoying person you can think of on that list, it makes the site more relaxing.

Perhaps I haven't been paying attention enough, but my experience here hasn't included any annoying people. Don't know what it is about Gradys, they seem to attract decent people.

Now my local fishing forum is a different kettle of fish, I ignore people there all the time, a lot of salty dudes in crappy old boats and surprise, surprise, they are annoying.
