The part is called a bezel. You should contact Grady White to find the source of the wheel they used for your model of boat.

I agree with Doc that this is the bezel for the helm pump. However, I would suggest looking to the manufacturer of the helm pump, as opposed to Grady. I would be willing to bet that you have a Teleflex SeaStar helm or other type of Teleflex hydraulic helm (perhaps the BayStar). In any event, you need to determine who made your helm pump and what model it is. Once you have that information, you can get the replacement bezel directly from Teleflex or whoever else made the pump. Perhaps Grady keeps record of what type of helm pumps they used on that year boat, but who knows. I think the easiest way is to just look at the pump for a serial number, etc.... I just had to replace the seals on mine. Good luck! :)

The broken piece is, indeed a bezel. Probably there because a Hynautics steering was replaced by a Teleflex. It's part of a kit, HA 5418. Might be available separate, but Teleflex would have to make that call ...

Make steering wheel R&R part of your maintenance every couple of years. As with the steering cylinder brackets, you will thank yourself should you ever again need to do it for cause ...

Great news. You may need to head to Autozone for a wheel puller. You can purchase one for about 14 bucks. I could not get mine off without the puller. It was a snap once I got the tool. :)
